What's up with the name?


C'mon? Seriously? What was Luke, Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru working on before one left to become a Jedi, and the other two, well.... ? They worked on a Water Farm! Duh.


I'd like to purchase an item, but can't pay until later. Do you hold items?


We generally do not put items on hold. However, we do realize, times being what they are, that adding to your collection, or buying collectibles may not be the first priority with your hard earned money. So, on a case-by-case basis we can hold items. We would hold an item for a specified amount of time, send you an invoice for the amount of the items. If, after specified amount of time, the items have not been paid for, we return them to the "shelf".


Is shipping really free?


Yes! Unless otherwise clearly noted, the price you see is the price you pay, period. Shipping will be USPS straight up. However, if you require any other type of shipping, or prefer insurance, or anything of the sort, contact us. We will be happy to try and meet your requests.


Prices on some things seem a little more than other places. Why?


Good question! We do offer free shipping, but have to take shipping into the equation. So... we may offer something at $7.00 - - PERIOD! No other cost. Other sites may offer the same item for $4.99 with a $2.99 shipping cost. We would be solid at $7.00, while the competitor's cost would be $7.98 + tax. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY SHIPPING COSTS!


You have a lot of "previously played with" toys. Will I get cooties?


Ahh.. cooties. The scourge of elementary school. You have no concern. Our toys are very carefully scruntinized for cleanliness. We certainly do our best to insure that you have a clean product, no matter the age, WITHOUT harming the integrity of the item... or it's packaging. Cootie free has been a long standing Water Farmer Toy mantra.


What's up with your pictures, dude? Big white spot...?


Yeah, we know that the pictures we put out could be better. We take them with a hand held little digi camera. Our first goal is to give YOU a picture of the ACTUAL item you are buying... not a representation. Also, we keep things cheap and easy to be able to keep Free Shipping and costs to the consumer low. We'll work on it. Thanks!

Terms of Service and Expectations

 We at Water Farmer Feed & Supply Co. strive to be prompt, affordable, fair, HONEST and flexible.

In order to serve (and protect) EVERYONE there are some guidelines we look for people to follow:

PAYMENT
Paypal is the most efficient and easiest way to pay. It enables you to pay with a major credit card and all the other benefits Paypal offers. We do accept MO's and cashier's checks. Personal checks are also accepted, but we will require them to clear before your order will be shipped.

We would like to receive payment within 5 days of ordering. If there are problems, questions, etc. - please contact us! If we do not hear from you after 5 days, items will be re-stocked.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of payment - most likely sooner.  The us postal service can take up to 5 or 7 days to deliver the item as well - most likely sooner as well.  If you need it quicker or need proof of delivery that additional cost will be your responsibility.  Please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will try to accommodate any of your requests. 

INSURANCE
Insurance is optional but recommended. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after shipping. Contact us for insurance quote.

RETURNS
We hope to do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and would very much prefer to have questions asked, pictures sent, etc., beforehand if you have any doubts about the purchase. However, if that is not the case, please contact us immediately! We would like to hear from you within 14 days upon receipt of your item.
To recieve credit for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition before shipping, and shipped at buyer's expense.
